A cover can block the rack.

A bed cover can block a bed rack. Rough Country's 73119 page says that rack does not fit a bed cover, and it is cited for a 5-foot 2024–2026 Tacoma bed. A retractable cover with a T-slot is a different bar, the BillieBars reference, and only for the covers that page names. Measure yours before you pay.

Choose No bed cover only when that is true. A cover you plan to remove is still on the truck until it is off.

Questions

Does Weekend Camp fit over a tonneau?

Not the 73119 rack. That citation excludes a bed cover. Say so in the builder and the fit state changes.
