This is a draft policy for a preview, not a lawyer’s finished contract. It is here so the limit is visible before a test payment.
Made-to-order equipment is purchased after you order. A supplier’s return window can start when we buy and can close before your install date. Rough Country, ICECO, iKamper, and EcoFlow each publish their own conditions. We do not paste those windows in as if they were ours, and we do not promise a factory warranty we are not authorized to pass on.
California’s general refund posting rules still apply to a real sale. A label that says non-returnable does not erase a defect remedy. Fuel, opened consumables, and installed electrical work need their own handling and are not in these kits.
A paid test on this preview can be refunded inside Stripe’s test tools. A refund or dispute freezes the manual parts list. It does not send a cancellation to a supplier by itself, because we did not send a supplier order.
