We ask for less than a full vehicle file.

The builder does not ask for a VIN, a license plate, or a photo. A quote stores the name, email, optional phone and ZIP, the vehicle words you typed, and the part toggles.

Card numbers stay with Stripe. This Worker does not receive them. The private order view, which includes supplier costs, requires a separate admin token and is not linked from the site.

We do not sell the form contents, and we do not treat an order as permission to train a model or to mail you a newsletter. Mail to you, when a real shop is open, would be the receipt and the order status. Owner notification uses a configured mail provider or stays in the stored record if mail is not configured.

A retention schedule is not adopted yet. Records stay until the operator sets one. Write via the support form to ask about a record you sent.
