Read the National Park Service page before the Mojave Road.
The Mojave Road is a long historic route in Mojave National Preserve, not a spur outside Temecula. The National Park Service describes sand, ruts, and remote miles. A kit does not make the route right for your truck. Quote the vehicle separately. Approved prices are not a permit and not a guide service.
Plan it as a remote route
Fuel, water, spare tires, and a way to tell someone your plan matter more than a new awning. We do not publish a mile count as if it were a product specification. Use the Park Service description and a current map. Some segments are a poor match for a low vehicle or a driver without recovery experience.
If you still want a kit, the fitment quote is about the truck at highway speed and on washboard, which is a dynamic load. It is not about how the tent looks in camp.
Questions
Do you lead Mojave Road trips?
No. We do not guide, convoy, or recover vehicles.
Is a rooftop tent required?
No. It is optional equipment with a weight cost. A ground tent avoids that roof load.
